A client during go live ran into an issue that they were not able to receive any alert notifications that users created.
I took these steps below to make sure alert is setting up correctly
1> Make sure these 2 batches are running (Email distributor and Change based alert)
2> Since this is multi server environments, make sure Batch Group is set up and assigned to current batch with dedicated Batch Server
3> Recurrence is set to “No end Date”
4> IMPORTANT !!! Lastly, go to this form AOT > Forms > Tutorial_EventProcessor
Click on “Start” to start processor. Once you start receiving alert notifications, you can close this form.
