Requirement: A client gives me a list of hot fixes and asks me to cross check if they have been installed and whether or not they need to install these hot fixes.
The challenge is how can I achieve this under 5 mins.
LCS:
I will not be able to verify using LCS under 5 mins. Here is why
In LCS, if i want to lookup a KB #, i can easily look it up and find description about this KB. However, there is an issue with this lookup that I don’t know if this KB is already included in current cumulative updates. In addition, there isn’t a build number.
Excel:
By using the excel below I can achieve same task less than 5 mins.
