1. Install VS 2019  include next workloads:

• .NET desktop development
• ASP.NET and web development
• Visual Studio extension development

2. Once you have VS Installed you have to install manually VSIX

go to K:\DeployablePackages\...\DevToolsService\Scripts and use Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.Tools.Installer
