Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 – Cash and Bank Management Controls – (ii)

I have shared the Credit limit control of Cash and Bank Management, in this post I will pin point on Date Activation control.

Under Cash and Bank Management Parameters, define Active from Date, and Active to date. 

During transaction execution if the date “Session Date”  not in the range of activation dates, the user will receive this message “You cannot use the company bank account ‘HSBC – CU’ for this transaction because that bank account is not active.”
