Scenario: Need to make the adjustments to the prices for a product for a specific customer
Below is the process to achieve this:
Open the Released products form and select the product for which we need to correct the price.
Path: Product information management - Products - Released products
On the Sell tab, click the Trade agreements - View trade agreements
This should list all the trade agreements for this product. Select the records (specific to the customer) that we need to correct and click on the button ‘Edit selected lines’
This will create a new Price discount journal for the selected record. On the lines for the journal, we can correct the amount and post the journal.
The new prices will be effective.
