Ok, coming back I found an interesting feature to refresh report server. Many of you might be knowing this but I just accidentally found this in R2 and R3. It's not in the initial versions of AX 2012
If you are in AOT, and then go to Tools > Caches > Refresh Report Server (This option will refresh the report server cache which is configured in the current AOS)
